raINNy dAY

It's my first rainy day!! To celebrate this day for coming so early (I love rainy days), I decided to go out and find a place where I can study as long as I would like to. So, I took a train and went to Keikyu Kamata (京急蒲田)station, which is only about 5 minutes away by train.

But before studying, I think I should feed myself. So, I found myself craving for the same thing--sushi train restaurant. Surprisingly, I found myself very comfortable walking into the restaurant, I thought it was only a baby step a few days ago!! I think I conquered my fear of going to Japanese fast food restaurants alone as a female-- at least to sushi train restaurants!!

Hahaha.... I think I got too comfortable this time. I made a few local friends!! They were even having conversations about Taiwan once they knew I came from Taiwan!! How cool is that?!

Although my beginner Japanese allows me to sort of talk to Japanese people, just merely, I still have 80% that I can't understand in conversations. Yep, I got around with my 20% ability. Even so, I still really want to conquer this language. Therefore, I found myself a place to sit down, have a hot drink and study.

Mos Burger!!

This is the Japanese self-study book I bought at a book shop around Shinjiku. It satisfies what I need at this stage.

It's because it's printed in USA, people!! But recalling the day I arrived at Narita International Airport at Tokyo, I really wouldn't be able to carry even one single item. It would seriously be my last straw.

Even with all the hope that I had before stepping into Mos Burger, I found my feet extremely freezing from the weak heating system. Three was the times I switch my seat for a warmer place but failed. As a result, I headed home to update my blog.
