mY TemP. HouSE in JApaN-- ParT One

Finally, I got a little break today to show you the place I'm staying during the time I'm in Japan. The room I'm occupying is on 3rd floor. Hahahaha... yep, for those who have seen close enough, I'm staying in a penthouse/ loft!! It's 3 and 1/2 tatami-sized big, and thank god it doesn't include the toilet, I don't want to sleep right next to a toilet for goodness gracious!! I know it sounds small, but I always like to have things around me, and it's just for a 3-months stay, so I'm very happy with it. I don't think I'm ready to show you my room yet, but this is only part one isn't it?!

After cooking and having my lunch at home, I cleaned up the kitchen area, which is my part of the job in order to live together with all the other tenants in the house. Now that the wall is shinning, the sink sparkling, the carpet vacuumed, the floor mopped, the drawer organized and the rice cooker hand-washed, I think the living room/kitchen is clean and clear for people to spend time in. 2 of my co-tenants are Japanese people working somewhere that I haven't asked, and the other is a Chinese student studying for his Master's. Most of them don't have time to cook, and they all have a set of TV in their own rooms, so they really don't stay in this area that much. On the other hand, I love and have the time to cook, and I don't have a TV in my room, so this area is what I secretly call my 2nd room. Not that I'm showing off, but I also have a big refrigerator in my 2nd room, people.

妳溫暖的小窩真的是很不錯了,地方在哪裡不重要,怎樣的心情才是決定你在日本的感覺喔
