CLeaRIng & CLeaNSinG StoMAch


It has been 9 hours since I started to stop eating.

This idea just popped into my mind last night before falling asleep. I've never done this, and I bet there's tons of dirty things going on in my stomach and gastrointestinal tract. I'm only drinking water now and I will keep doing this for at least 2 days, hopefully it will last for 3 days, if my will is strong enough.

I'm hungry now, but not starving to death yet. Hope I won't faint tomorrow at work.

小萱何苦虐待自己的身體呢?!
你可以像我一樣,每天早上起床就是一顆蘋果,整腸又健胃,更能給你一天的元氣喔!
Maybe u eat too much junk food,but it's okay!Why not!~
Give u an advice : Next time u might eat something fresh like uncooked vegetables、fruits or take soom milk before u eat them(the unhealthy delicacies)
人在最餓的時候,剛開始吃下去的東西較能被吸收~而當你吃了nature food之後再吃其他食物,便不會造成身體太大的負擔,另外前菜的飽足感,之後也不會讓你想吃太多!
再來就是先喝點牛奶~可以墊墊腸胃,不至於受到太多辛辣食物的刺激。
這是我自己的研究,給親愛的小萱做參考囉!

不過我想我如果不吃東西就喝牛奶的話, 我應該會吐奶ㄋㄟ~~
